It’s been a year since I quit tech to go full time in crypto. What I wish someone had told me about building in the era of AI:

1. Go for the big, Big, BIG ideas. Second place is no different from last.

2. Pivot from 1 to 1.2, not 1 to 2. Consistency is underrated.

3. Your only moat is hard work. Never be too good to try something new.

4. "Work" is the sum of your creative output. You can't do one thing well, you have to do everything well.

5. Find beauty in filth. Perfection is machine, imperfection is human. Why don't people watch machine play perfect chess?

6. The best way to grow is to make people money. But this “fleeting PMF” only lasts as long as attention does.

7. The best way to retention is to give people meaning. To find lasting product market fit, study religion.

8. One more day is fine, one more week is not. Trends and attention are infinitely accelerated.

9. You have infinite shot but limited time. Make every shot count.

10. Make it make it, not just make it.
